I had Toya for my wax specialist and she was perfect. You can tell that she loves her job. We were talking like we’ve known each other forever. My wax looks amazing. And we have come up with a plan to get my skin where I want it to be. I’m definitely coming back to see her.

Toya did an amazing job!!! Please see her and tell her I sent you. The customer service was AMAZING! This was my first time going and she walked me through the waxing process and did a countdown before every pull to calm my nerves. I’ll definitely be back to book with her.

I had an amazing experience with Toya! She was super detailed and goes above and beyond to ensure a thorough wax! She created a comfortable atmosphere and I will definitely be back to see her!! I was also greeted by Natalia at the front and she was so sweet and welcoming! I love this location!

Toya is amazing! Her professionalism is unmatched. It was my first time at this location, and she made sure to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for me. She is a perfectionist, paying incredible attention to detail to ensure everything is flawless. The receptionist (I'll be sure to get her name the next time) was also extremely friendly! I'll be back to this location every time I need a service and also to see Toya.

I had a great experience with my first wax. From start to finish. I was greeted by Rebecca who was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and provided great information and made me feel comfortable . Naioni worked on me and she was wonderful! She took the time to fully explain step by step the process and provided me tips and instructions for care. I was so nervous and she took her time explaining everything to me. I will definitely be back!

Today was my first time getting a wax in YEARS and I am so impressed! I had Toya and she’s a gem. She did an amazing job! I was expecting to be in so much pain but she was quick. She made me feel comfortable and my wax looks great 😊

This was my first time with EWC and my experience was hands down the best. From the time I walked in mind you I was a day early and the manager Kris was so welcoming and willing to accommodate me. Thank you Kris, Toya was my tech and she by far one of the best. She was patient with me being that I’m not a regular, I appreciated that.

This has had to be one of my best wax experiences. The venue is beautiful and the front receptionist Natalia is very nice.
Toya was my waxer and she was great. She was very nice about taking me as a walk-in, very professional, and very personable. She did a great job and it was a painless experience. I feel like a new woman 😊.
Ill definitely be back.

Naioni!! She was amazing, she was patient and detailed orient. I appreciated our conversation and her making me comfortable especially with my first time being here. The experience from start to finish was flawless and easy . Rebecca greater by name as soon as I walked through the door, like I was family and Natalia got me checked in. I definitely will come back.

Alyssa was excellent! This was my first ever wax and I felt really nervous walking in, but after the first strip I knew I was in good hands. She took great care and patience with me, immediately calming me down and thanks to her, she made the all 3 services fly through like a breeze! Highly recommended Alyssa and EWC! Will be back soon.

BEST WAX EXPERIENCE EVER. I’ve been waxing for years with EWC and my most recent wax experience with Toya is definitely one of my top 3. I’m a healthier girlie, she definitely took her time, and was very thorough with completing my Brazilian wax (SHE GOT IT ALL). She made sure I was comfortable with temperatures of wax, and engaging in conversations while completing service. When removing strips she also was gentle with applying pressure for any pain or discomfort. She’s really passionate about what she does, and cares about her final results not just pay. She a 10 out of 10, I have already booked my next wax with her before leaving. She now my new favorite wax Specialist at this location ❤

I love coming here! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming when I come in. Rebecca and Natalia always greet me with a smile and make sure I'm getting the best deals with their payments plans and products. Naioni was professional and efficient with her waxing service while also being easy to talk to make the time go by faster. Overall great team and quick services that meet your needs! 10/10
